Colebrook River Walk

Parking for the River Walk is available in the municipal lot behind Ducret's Sporting Goods on Main Street in Colebrook. Parking is also available closer to the Connecticut River. From Main Street in Colebrook, head east on NH-26 for 0.3 miles. Turn right on a gravel road, following the brown and white River Walk signs. Park at the end of the road. Access to the River Walk is from the Upper Coos Recreational Rail Trail.

Meet us at the Colebrook River Walk where Ms. Julia will be reading Stone Soup and doing a fun activity! Kiddos should wear clothes that can get wet, and bring along pots, pans, and spoons for mixing their very own Stone Soup!

The older kids will be exploring the rivers edge with Miss Katie, and collecting specimens. They’ll then set up their lab – riverside – and check out what they found under the microscope!
